About me
My name is Katharina, and I have over ten years’ experience as facilitator of workshops and moderator of events. Having worked and lived in 7 countries and 4 continents with international organizations, such as the UN and NGOs, as well as in the consulting industry, I bring in diverse experience in designing and facilitating events, panel discussion, conferences, trainings, strategic retreats and ending workshop fatigue. My authentic and humorous way of facilitation makes it easy for me to connect with the audience, read the room and respond quickly to unplanned situations and to let your event shine.

In today’s world it’s more important than ever to create spaces, where different actors can discuss and meaningful exchange, by asking the right questions and handling controversies safely to make different voices heard.
Passion for interactive trainings and workshops
I am convinced that we learn and exchange best when we get to try things out and mix theory with practice. Combining approaches of experience-based learning and non-formal education with a clear goal is one of my biggest passions.
